💋(Patron Exclusive) Orphan 3.4 — Waking Wounds

I wanted Undertown to be more visible, visceral, to feel like the gutter—
and the first dream to cling to you after you wake.
3.4 is a heavy visual & flow Redux pass: a polish + presentation update aimed at the opening stretch of Orphan, mainly the Academy route: sharper, readable, more atmospheric and alive.

Redux Visual Pass — 17 new images.
More moments now have a face, a place, a mood. The early game hits harder. These are mainly focused on Fredrick, Undertown, the goblin thief, the first dream sequence and your trip up the Imperial Highway and to the Uneven Queen.More early-game visuals are coming as the Harrowing build pushes forward.
Expanded Lewd Scene #1 — Goblin Thief (images + reactivity).
More images to finally see the thief that changed your life, for better or for worse. There's more feedback in the lewd scene itself, from a couple of sound effects to reactivity to character variables like your MC's... endowment.Expanded Lewd Scene #2 — The First Dream [Succubus] (images + improved).
More seduction, more danger, more Dosmera in the air. The atmosphere has been improved deeply, not just with visuals, but in the overall presentation. I hope this makes a positive impact on players, old and new alike.Early-Game Rewrites & Academy Flow.
A handful of opening passages have been tightened: transitions, tone, clarity, and momentum, mainly focused on the path to the Academy throughout Chapter 2.Sound + QoL / UI Polish.
Small upgrades that make the experience feel more intentional from the first click. This includes a new pop-up notification that features after key scenes/sequences, which I'm testing out here and planning to roll out in full later on.Awakening (Light Theme) Fix — now playable in the intro.
If you’re one of the affectionate degenerates who prefers light mode: the prologue/introduction should finally read correctly.
🩸 The Harrowing (What Comes Next)
3.4 is not the Harrowing. That knife is still being sharpened in the dark.
This update is a bit similar to 3.33, but meatier, in that I'm making sure the earliest stages of Orphan are presentable, sharp and worthy of what follows. The next era of the story asks for pressure, repetition and choices with consequence.
I want new players (and returning veterans) to hit Highrock & the Harrowing with momentum instead of friction. There's still more to perfect, but I want the next month (and release) to bring the story forward in a major way. More mechanics, progress, and stark revelations.
The Harrowing is still planned for March, and it’s being built as a real step forward.
The next evolution of Orphan is brewing right beneath the surface.

I haven't played the new Academy route yet but I am hoping to be able to be seduced or to seduce some MILFs and GILFs, married or not. I hope the Harrowing isnt too harrowing for you to create. 😉
New to this - on an iPhone. Is there a web based premium version? Can’t get HTML to open in browser.
The html (index.html) file should definitely work in a web browser. I would use Chrome. Make sure you extract everything in the same place. So you should have the html file and 3 folders in the same spot. Make sure you've extracted the zip properly. 👍🏻
How many routes are there? I realised i finished academy content but im seeing there are other types of content. is there another version of this game that i have to download? a tier option i hvae to sub to instead? or is it in the current game already and i just have to pick different options? sorry for the many questions, im new to this lol.
It's in the current game and you have to make different choices! There's likely a lot of content that you haven't seen yet.😉 But the split between the two main branches happens early in the First Chapter. Gladiator route = failed to catch the thief.
Funny enough, I use Patreon and YouTube in light mode, but things like Orphan in dark mode. I realise that I'm neutral, and that it depends on the app which mode I use. I think it depends on which one was set as the default the first time I used it, then I get used to it and never change it again 😁.
After a busy day of training, I make myself a smoothie, put my feet up, launch my PC and check out the "zone" 🫠. Latest updates: Orphan v3.4, what? But I have version 3.33 ( ఠ ͟ʖ ఠ). Well, yeah, the new version leaked even before I opened Patreon and visited here 😶🌫️. This is Academy content, so I suppose my save file won't work. I'm going to have to start a new game and hope that I don't mess up and end up as a slave for the 100th time 🙏.
After a busy day of sacrifice, I make myself a potion, put my sabatons up, launch my portal and check out the "kült" on Patreon. Latest comment: PickerPatron, AKA. Lewd Picker extraordinare. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Damn, I'm glad he's here. Honestly one of the few updates that I'm fairly certain won't break everything, AFAIK. But the replay value and new visuals are what count here. March will be a different story.

Definitely not, but that's built-in Twine functionality and I haven't looked into how easy/hard it'd be to change. You can save files to your disk (computer). So you can create your own save folder on your PC and save/load from there.
Yay Goblin content! When I get the harrowing and played through it I'll gather up all my notes on how Orphan has felt to me so far and show them to you Exalted!
