Depends on the girl and where she is, if she's all dolled up of course heels, but sneakers or sandals can be sexy in the right place too, although boots are definitely not my favorite anywhere. I'm not a foot person at all, but I do like my GF barefoot at home just kicking back.
Thigh or knee high boots with shorts or tight pants or a short skirt.
Other--nice pair of flats or sandals, including the ones that have the wraps up the calf.
I like long boots that get up to the knees, with I would say medium sized heels. And if a girl is in a skirt, also a big plus
Boots for motorcycling, or working afield. High heels for date night out. Each has its place.
In house bare feet, out side sneakers, just for safety
