【近況報告】－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
色々とご迷惑をおかけしております
周囲の方々には色々助けていただいてまして、感謝の念に堪えません
その後の自分の体調ですが、基本的に元気ですp('u')q
撮影も再開しまして、なんとかこなせました。
荷物を減らして時間も短めで復帰したため、多少の割り切りと選択が必要になりましたが、なんとかなっていますっ
撮影中にライトスタンドが一本足りなくて、「どうしよう」となったりはしました。。。
ただ、やはり無理をするとすぐに体調に出てくるようでして、
気を付けてやっていきたいところです。
９月はあとはひたすら編集とお料理をしていました。
お料理が趣味かもっていうお話はした気がするんですが、
退院後に塩分の制限が課されまして、
料理に味付けをする際に100gあたりの塩分量を計算するんです。
人間の体液の塩分濃度は0.9％なので、1％を超えるとしょっぱく感じるそうです。
これを応用して、味付けの基準にしてます。
お肉料理なら1.5％、あえ物だと0.8％という具合に。
今まで味付けは適当だったので、計算すると味の再現性が高くなるのでいいですね。

【Recent updates】
I apologize for the trouble I’ve caused, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone around me who has been so supportive.
As for my health, I’m basically doing fine p('u')q
I’ve resumed shooting, managing by reducing the amount of gear and keeping sessions shorter.
That meant making some compromises and adjustments, but it worked out.
(Though during one shoot I realized I was short one light stand and thought, “What do I do…”)
Still, pushing too hard quickly affects my health, so I’ll keep being careful.
In September, I spent most of my time editing and cooking.
I may have mentioned this before, but cooking has become a bit of a hobby.
Since leaving the hospital, I’ve been under a salt restriction, so I calculate the salt content per 100g when seasoning food.
Since human body fluids are 0.9% salt, food tastes salty above 1%.
I use that as a guideline: 1.5% for meat dishes, 0.8% for salads, etc.
I used to just season by feel, but by calculating, the flavor becomes much more consistent—very useful!
I’ll do my best next month as well.
