今月は無事にコンテンツを更新することができました！

退院後の初めての更新でしたが、きちんと形にできてよかったです

＊７月の補填ですが、無料コードを配布させて頂こうと考えております。

1人ずつメッセージを送付する形になる為、少し時間がかかりそうですが、

今回も御調みつさんと一緒に合同サークルとして参加させて頂きますっ

御調みつさんは売り子もしてくれますっ、売り子してもらうからにはスパッツ穿いてもらいますっ

【近況報告】－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－

まずは、7月に更新できなかったことを改めてお詫びいたします。

ずっと欠かさず更新を続けてきたので、どうしても更新したかったのですが、それが叶わず悔しい気持ちでいっぱいでした。

それでも皆さまからたくさんの温かいお気持ちをいただけて、心から感謝しています。

体調についてですが、正直とても元気です！

心臓の状態は決して良くはなく、医師から「なんでそんなに元気なのか分からない」と言われています笑

なので、無理は禁物だと思ってます

退院後は、入院中とほとんど変わらない生活リズムを続けていて、

食事や睡眠を最優先に整えるようにしています。

そして9月からは少しずつ撮影も再開します。

まずは短時間の撮影から「お試し」という感じで、

体調を見ながら少しずつ進めていく予定です。

編集も休み休みではありますが、少しずつ進められています

スパッツコンテンツの普及こそ至上命題だと思っていますので、これからも頑張ります👍

This month, I was able to update the content successfully!

It’s my first update since being discharged from the hospital, and I’m really glad I could finish it properly.

I’ll be happy if you enjoy it 😋

＊Regarding the July compensation＊

I’m planning to distribute free codes.

Since I’ll be sending messages individually, it may take a little time, but my goal is to deliver them within September.

Next month, I’m planning to update the Unlimited Plan as usual (most likely a hybrid work with both photos and video).

I’ll keep creating works that you can truly enjoy, without pushing myself too hard—please look forward to it 😋

[Notice 1] Join in Yuru-Ket 24

I will be participating in Yuru-Ket 24 on October 18, 2025 (Sat.) at Tokyo Bungu Kyowa Kaikan.

Once again, I’ll be joining with Mitsu Mitsugi as a joint circle. She’ll also help as a booth attendant—of course, in spats!

[Health & Activity Report]

First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize again for not being able to update in July.

I’ve been consistently posting every month, so it was very frustrating for me not to make it happen.

Still, I’m deeply grateful for all the warm support I received from you.

As for my health, honestly, I feel quite good!

My heart condition itself isn’t great, and my doctor even told me, “I don’t know why you’re so energetic.” (laughs)

That’s why I try not to push myself too much, keeping a steady lifestyle with meals and sleep as my top priorities.

From September, I’ll gradually resume shooting.

I’ll start with short trial sessions, and continue step by step while monitoring my condition.

Editing is also progressing slowly but steadily.

I truly believe that spreading spats content is my ultimate mission, so I’ll keep doing my best 👍
