【ご報告とお願い】ファンティアでの今後の対応について
いつも「ぎるてぃどーるず」を応援いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
現在、Fantiaでは度重なるルール変更が発生しており、安心してコンテンツを公開・運営することが難しくなってきております。
撮影・制作時点では問題のなかった作品が、後からの規約変更によって公開停止になるケースも出ており、創作活動に大きな支障をきたしています。
もちろん、法令順守は大前提としていますが、Fantiaではそれを超えた独自ルールが次々に課されており、自由な創作表現が日々制限されているのが現状です。
さらに、運営の対応も非常に硬直的かつ一方通行で、ルール変更に伴う作業負担は大きくなる一方です。
問題が生じた際に問い合わせを行っても、返信が得られないことがほとんどで、サークル運営としては限界を感じざるを得ません。
そのため、今回一部作品の販売終了（該当ポストはこちら）を決定しました。これはルール変更に対応するための措置であり、今後も同様の対応が発生する可能性があります。
【ご協力のお願い】
当サークルでは、できるだけ簡単に作品をDLいただけるようZIP形式での公開を行っておりますが、突然の規約変更により公開停止や削除が発生する可能性があります。
そのため、*「作品が公開されたらすぐにDL」*を、改めてお願い申し上げます。
【今後について】
現時点では、PatreonとdeviantARTへの移行を真剣に検討・準備中です。
実際に作品を登録した際、「こんなに楽だったのか」と驚くほど作業効率が違い、創作に集中できる環境が整っています。
「創作には“自由”が不可欠」です。
その自由が失われつつある今、どうか皆さまにも現状をご理解いただき、引き続き変わらぬ応援をいただけますと幸いです。
今後の最新情報や状況の共有は、X（旧Twitter）でも随時行ってまいります。

📢 [Notice & Request] Regarding Our Future on Fantia
Thank you as always for supporting Guilty Dolls.
Recently, Fantia has undergone multiple policy changes, making it increasingly difficult for us to safely publish and manage our content. In some cases, content that was compliant at the time of creation or filming is now being removed or restricted due to new regulations introduced after the fact—this has significantly impacted our creative activities.
While we fully respect and comply with all laws and regulations, Fantia has imposed additional, often unclear, platform-specific rules that are increasingly limiting our freedom of expression.
Moreover, the platform's response to these changes has been extremely rigid and unilateral. The burden of adjusting to new policies continues to grow, and in most cases, we receive no reply even when we reach out with questions or concerns. As creators, this has placed us in a very difficult position.
As a result, we’ve made the decision to end the distribution of certain works (details can be found here). This is a necessary response to the shifting rules, and similar actions may unfortunately be required again in the future.

We always try to make our content as easy to download as possible by providing ZIP files.
However, please understand that sudden changes in Fantia's rules may result in content being taken down or made unavailable without notice.
We kindly ask that you download any content as soon as it becomes available to avoid missing out.
🔄 [Looking Ahead]
We are currently in the process of seriously preparing for a transition to Patreon and deviantART.
When we uploaded our content to Patreon, we were honestly surprised at how smooth and creator-friendly the process was—it allowed us to focus more on what we love: creating.
Creative freedom is essential to us. And while that freedom is gradually being taken away on some platforms, we hope for your continued understanding and support as we navigate these changes.
We’ll keep sharing updates and important announcements via X (formerly Twitter) as well, so please stay tuned there.
