App Update: FIA DRS App v1.9
v1.9 Updates the following:
DRS will now be disabled when track is wet.

Could it be possible to get DRS working also for lapped cars? In real life it works that way

DRS app does not work for me, AI get to open drs right away... i use 0.2.8

With CSP 0.2.8 being a preview (BETA) version, it is very likely caused by that. I would recommend testing everything is working on CSP 0.2.7. Thanks :)

It's sometimes the same for me, the Blue Flag app only works briefly when the driver being lapped crosses the finish line on each lap, and the DRS only works when opponents are actually ahead of you, not when you're lapping.
