I have some things to mention, so if you're just here for the Changelog and Links, scroll all the way down. Also, keep in mind the direct download option on Patreon.

As you all should know, this is the competition in its Safe Mode, and everything is programmed to happen in a certain way. Even so, there is a decision in there that you have to make, and it involves choosing between two girls. Both options obviously result in very different things, with animations and everything. The "full experience" (Normal Mode) is in the subsequent version, 0.6b, launched earlier today. If you are looking for that, you'll need to wait a little while.

When the men's part ends, there are some later scenes that also have variants (it happens in front of the tower at the starting/finishing point), depending on what you chose before (as a consequence of that).
I'm telling you this in case there is any fan of exploring everything, so you know where to look.

At some point during the race, something is going to happen and Android users won't notice it. The fact that I use portraits in the dialogue box has a reason. That helps the player know who said what.
If you can use headphones or speakers, then this is the moment. This is the update with the most music and sound effects so far. Almost every scene has music or ambient sound, only a few short bits were intentionally left aside because they were so short that adding sounds wasn't worth it. The information interface makes sounds, and the notification system has sounds too.
I had to do it like this because an interface without sound is like a motorcycle ashtray. It's there but... meh.
Also, a competition without sounds isn't the same. It needs music and sounds to give it more life.
For your full control, inside the Preferences menu, a new volume setting has been created that controls all the sounds from the information interface and the notifications.
A special extra sound channel was created so you can decide the volume.

And speaking about volume. The voices of Mother and the Androids (guards) are tied to a special channel called "voz" and it's linked to the normal sound control (Sound in the image). However, there is one particular situation where I used a trick to raise the volume and give a weird effect to the speech of one of the guards. That happened with the android that originally killed Sally.
Just so you know, something very similar happens twice in this version. I'm mentioning it so you don't think the volume change is a mistake. Nope, it's intentional.
The first time it happens because the android has to say something to the participants and they must hear him even from far away. The second time it's so everyone nearby can hear him without any doubt.

• 26 new animations (20 correspond to the new information interface).

• 57 new audio files corresponding to Mother's and Guards' dialogues.

• 19 new music and ambient sound tracks.

• 9 new sound effects.

• New Information Interface and Notification system implemented. This interface gathers knowledge from everything the MC knows about the other characters, and also has additional information about the state of certain things. If MC learns new information about someone, you will be notified with a visual and sound alert, and the information will appear in this interface, that was designed with constant information update changes in mind.
