Weekly report Number 1.

Well, since the game has not yet been released, I have decided that this report and all the others until the release of the first version, can be seen by everyone.

At the time of writing this no one is reading, but in the future someone will and I want you to get a little idea of what things are like here. And the reason I know no one is reading this right now, is because no one knows about this... Advertising will be made at the time of the launch of the first version of "30 Days".

Currently the number of renders is exactly 495. I estimate that I need 50 to 80 more to finish this first version. With RenPy coding there are no problems. I'm not like the rest of the developers, I render a scene and then I code. For me it's important to be in contact with the scene so as not to forget things. If I just render, I'll end up not remembering what I was going to do with some of the renders. And make no mistake, that consumes no more or less time than normal. If I have only one machine, I can't do both at the same time, just one and then another.

The lines of code currently amount to just over 1800. Currently there is only one decision-making moment within the game, but as you will see for yourselves later, decision-making in this game is not about trivialities. In some games you have a few extra renders, maybe not even that and it all boils down to a few different sentences. Some developers make you press "virtual buttons" when it's not even necessary since there is no real decision making and they only do it to create a false idea that you are changing something... There will not be many decisions here, but each one will affect everything deeply. Starting with this first decision where you can see for yourself that taking one path or another, the story change completely, to the point that a character will suffer a completely different fate than what would happen if your decision had been different. That means that this "deviation" of history has totally different dialogues and totally different images. They are 2 totally different paths...

And why have I decided to be so drastic? Simply because I can and because no one else dares to do it. Do you want real consequences, real decision making? Stay a while and see for yourself.
