New NPC Overhaul releasing this week
The NPC pack that has been in the works for a while is now in the hands of a few testers. Once I'm confident this is all working as intended, I will get it uploaded.
Lots of hard work went into this one. It's even got a couple NVI previews; Cannibal Johnson is wearing the new leather armor, and Samuel Kerr is wearing the new roving merchant outfit.
I hope you will all enjoy it. I think it will fit nicely with my catalog of other overhauls.

No conflicts. Just a couple remasters. This is intended to be a new installment of NPC overhauls
Really question is will there be bandanas like those seen in the old khans overhaul and if there is will they be wearable by player
