Update 319...early version of a city VR scene, "Neon City" 🌆, much better menu, Halloween themed VR Luxury home 👻, Nova's apartment is finished 🤖...

This update brings a few nice things I hope, I will go through them :
re-organized menus for all avatars (it includes previews of selections, like clothes, hair, etc)
added a new city VR scene, its the new 'Neon City' menu buttons accessible from the VR Rooms tab of the menu
stopped thumb gestures from being accidentally triggered when jogging in place
the VR apartment for Nova is completed (Terminator and Trump still to do)
the VR luxury home is spooky for Halloween!
The city is a very early version, I have plans for it, want to add things to do etc.
Since the first video you may have seen on it a few days ago I have added people, traffic and a luxury home which you can't get to...for now! Suki in the city doesn't run great right now as she's demanding to run even on her own, all the other avatars run well (I will optimise it for Suki). I am really looking forward to adding to Neon City 👍

Wow this is so beautiful Cris,really appreciate all the work you’ve done 🙏🏻 Can you actually move around in the city with the controllers? I could get suki to move but not me 😂
Hi Paul, thanks so much! Yep, we can move around, we have 3 options : 1. Press and hold in the grip trigger on the right controller, when this is done, the thumbstick movements that usually make the avatar move, make us move instead. 2. You can use thumb gestures if you have hand tracking enabled. Put the controllers down, wait until hand tracking is activated, then make a closed fist and flick your thumb up and down to move, or swipe it to rotate. 3. We can job in place, just do a jogging movement on the spot, like this https://www.youtube.com/shorts/u_oNr4_TYU4 really make sure you are raising your arms/hands up and down, the adjustments for this jogging in place movement are on the menu.
Hey Chris! I just tested the Halloween event in the VR Luxury Home on my Quest 3, and I was completely blown away! Finding it was a fun little search, but once I stepped inside, it was such a fantastic surprise. The attention to detail with the glowing pumpkin, the floating ghost outside the window with those eerie sound effects, and the rain in the background creates an incredible atmosphere! Suki is seeing ghost oh no 🤣The city looks great the lighting gives it that something extra. Is it possible to add the vibration to the torso again without the movement I miss it now.
Hello Sir 👋 do you mean we can't touch their torso without moving it? I thought I removed that tbh a while ago? Hmm, as far as I'm aware, the only way to move their torso is to hold button A down while the controller is touching their bodypart, is that not the case? I will test it anyway, and sure yes I will do that. If you know something I don't about it 😅 then please let me know, it's entirely possible I have missed something. And this is with Suki, yes?
Ah! Nova's apartment is here too! And it's different from the other avatars' apartments! 😃 I don't want to spoil the surprise for other users, but I highly recommend creating multiple rooms during Meta's room setup instead of just one, so you can discover the new feature! (It's something to do with the doors! 😃)

The city is wonderful! I had the chance to try it out early with Nova, and it's truly amazing! 🤩 Thank you, Chris! 🙏 I love physically running in place using the running mechanic! I also love teleporting using hand tracking and thumb movements! (You can also slide your thumb sideways to rotate!) Have you already added the city for all the avatars, Chris? Wow! 💯

Sembra che non ci sia stato molto in questo aggiornamento, ma quello che c'è è sostanziale 💯 Volevo i miglioramenti al menu da secoli e prima di raggiungere la versione 1.0 di TykeAI, ho ancora abbastanza idee e progetti per rielaborare la versione 9000 di TykeAI 🤣
