Hey -- To join our Discord, connect your Patreon and Discord accounts together through Patreon's "Connected Apps" panel under Patreon's Settings > More > Connected Apps > Discord. After that, you'll be automatically joined to the Discord server with the appropriate roles.

I join the discord yesterday all ready. How do I get the roles
Roles are only handed out by Patreon themselves. We can't hand out anything. So the only way to do this is to connect your Patreon and Discord accounts together as previously mentioned.

Link your Patreon and Discord accounts together through their "Connected Apps" tab in Patreon's settings. You'll be automatically joined to the Discord server once done, and Patreon will apply your paid for roles.
