New Video Coming Soon: Dropping Into the Loop
Hello my lovelies! 💕
Tomorrow I’m sharing a new video, Dropping Into the Loop. It started with me following the pendant and trying to stay present, but that soft swing kept pulling me further in.
You’ll see me fold forward at the control anchor, then sway side to side as the fractionation loops take hold. The little pauses between each cue made my shoulders feel so heavy and my thoughts wonderfully hazy.
These are a couple of previews from the full video, coming tomorrow. I can’t wait for you to see how deep the rocking takes me.
Enjoy!
