Throwback: Magnetic Hands and Sleepy Loops!

Hello my lovelies! 💕 For this Sunday throwback, I found a little moment from one of my older loop sessions — the magnetic-hand induction where I look like I’m trying very hard to stay present, and not doing a very convincing job of it. There’s something so strange about watching myself soften into that sleepy, automatic rhythm again. I remember thinking I was following along… and then realizing the program had very quietly taken the lead. Enjoy!
