Oh my goodness, this last session was something else entirely! 😅 I was given the sleep trigger and I went out so fast... and apparently I started snoring! I had no idea I even did that until I watched the footage back!

There's something so strangely fascinating about seeing yourself completely knocked out, completely unaware of what's happening. The deep relaxation, the surrender, and yes... the little snores that followed! 😴
