This session was something else… we started with standing hypnosis and i genuinely had no idea what was happening to me. The moment i went under while standing was so disorienting — i don't even fully remember it! 😅

And then coming back out… let's just say my brain had completely forgotten how to dress myself. The confusion was so real and so embarrassing to watch back! 😂
