SFW audio! Testicular Self Exam to be done monthly!

Hey lovely listeners of mine. You should know by now that I want you to take care of both your physical and mental well-being. I do not wish to be a VA that only focuses on NSFW audios, and I hope you all understand and respect that choice.

An easy way to remember to do this is to set a reminder on your phone every month on the same day and do this in the shower or after. If you haven't done this before I suggest you listen along and follow the first page, or you can listen along and then watch the video on the second page. This is NOT a sexual audio.
