📖An "Enemies-to-Lovers" Novel... Played Out in the Sims.

I’ve made a new narrative scenario/mod!

Unlike standard gameplay mods, this project is built like an interactive story novel where your Sims live out a deep, dramatic storyline—specifically, a one-sided Enemies to Lovers arc with a heavy past.

As a player you uncover the past step-by-step through the main character's old high school diary, her Simstagram account, interacting with the male lead etc, slowly revealing her perspective on how everything fell apart.

Meanwhile, you’re stuck on summer vacation with a guy who really, really, really hates your guts. And no—you cannot romance him or build any kind of relationship with him until you complete the storyline. In fact, I can't wait to see you try! Gone are the days when you can just queue up a few friendly interactions and have Sims married in half an hour.

IMPORTANT:

• You need XML Injector

• Make 2 sims: Theo and Ella. It is important to keep those names, otherwise it's going to break your immersion because the dialogue uses those names.

• If when you load into a house to play the scenario, Theo doesn't get the 'Hates her Guts' buff, please reload the scenario.

Clues:

Ella is the main character. To proceed to the next part of the story, please look at her buffs, her phone and inventory as well as the notifications that pop up and the interactions she has available with Theo (either in the Mean or the Deep Conversation category). These will guide you to the next part of the story. If you've looked everywhere and don't know how to proceed, play the game like normal. Some things are locked behind a small timer, or normal everyday interactions to ensure that you play the game. I've playtested it a million times and know it works.
