Porto Marentia! (Personal Save File Version 3)

Hello!

Tartosa is one of my favorite worlds to play in and I wanted to give it a makeover using building shells I made specifically for this world. You'll find a lot of buildings are interactive and because I wanted the beach to be busier I also made a couple of sunbathing (animated) deco sims.

I also renamed the world to Porto Marentia instead of Tartosa so that it feels like a different experience when you visit it. I only remade the main, coastal part of this world (for now) and built on every lot. There is a rental on the island, a vineyard, a restaurant overlooking the town and the water, a residential that is actually meant to be a hotel (you can easily divide it into units) and a beach club because in places like these, beach parties are a common occurrence.

IMPORTANT

You need:

1. 'Grove Part 4' by the fantastic Felixandre and Harrie. I only used the windows and shutters because I couldn't resist. But if you don't want to download it, simply replace the windows in the lots with your own.

2. The CC from Version 1 of my save file (if you don't download it, some cc in the Maplewood world will be missing.

3. The 'My Wedding Stories Game Pack'
