I’m sharing Professor Grant’s house — a character from my Walker Dynasty project.
This space reflects his personality: restrained, structured, not flashy, but built with attention to quality and detail.

The interior is designed in dark green and blue tones, focused on atmosphere rather than luxury.

✦ Layout

The house has 4 floors, but only 2 are furnished:
the basement and the 3rd floor are empty.

1st floor:
— entry hall leading into the living room
— kitchen & dining area
— office
— shared bathroom

2nd floor:
— living room
— bedroom
— walk-in closet
— bathroom

✦ Important

The house itself is not mine — you need to download it separately from Valsimile (no CC).
I created only the interior.

✦ Installation

1. Download the original house by Valsimile [click name]
   → you will need the right (black) side of the building

2. On the 1st and 2nd floors remove:
   — all windows
   — all doors (including the entrance)

3. In the Gallery, find rooms named:
   “First Floor” and “Second Floor”
   and place them

4. Each room has one wall missing near the doorway
   → this was done to save the entire floor as one room
   → after placing, rebuild the missing walls

5. Stairs to the upper floors:
   → copy them from the basement
   → I did not replace them with CC versions

✦ Additional Notes

— In the first-floor bathroom, a decorative door may disappear due to platforms
→ find it in Build Mode (Statues category or by name) and place it manually

— The bed frame might not appear after placement
→ simply place it again (included in the archive)

The house includes photo frames with pictures of Professor Grant and his family.
If you use another Sim, feel free to replace or remove them.

Делюсь с вами домом профессора Гранта — персонажа из моего проекта Династия Уокер.
Это не просто дом, а пространство, которое отражает его характер: сдержанный, строгий, без показной роскоши, но с любовью к качеству и деталям.

Интерьер выполнен в тёмных оттенках зелёного и синего, с акцентом на атмосферу и глубину.

✦ Планировка

В доме 4 этажа, но оформлены только 2:
подвал и третий этаж остаются пустыми.

1 этаж:
— прихожая, переходящая в гостиную
— кухня-столовая
— кабинет
— ванная общего пользования

2 этаж:
— гостиная
— спальня
— гардеробная
— ванная

Сам дом не мой — его необходимо скачать отдельно у автора Valsimile (без CC).
Я создавала только интерьер.

✦ Установка

1. Скачайте оригинальный дом у Valsimile [click name]
   → вам нужна правая (чёрная) часть здания

2. Удалите на 1 и 2 этажах:
   — все окна
   — все двери (включая входную)

3. В галерее найдите комнаты:
   “First Floor” и “Second Floor”
   и разместите их

4. В каждой комнате в зоне двери удалена стена
   → это сделано, чтобы сохранить этаж как одну комнату
   → после размещения достройте стены вручную

5. Лестницы на 2 и 3 этаж:
   → скопируйте из подвала
   → я не заменяла их на CC-варианты

✦ Дополнительно

— В ванной на первом этаже из-за платформы удалится декоративная дверь
→ найдите её в режиме строительства (категория «Статуи» или по названию) и поставьте вручную

— Основа кровати может не сохраниться на лоте
→ просто разместите её заново (она есть в архиве)

👉 Все необходимые CC-файлы для этих объектов уже включены в архив — ничего дополнительно скачивать не нужно

✦ Детали

В доме есть фоторамки с фотографиями профессора и его семьи.
Если вы планируете заселить туда другого персонажа — просто замените или удалите фотографии.
