I’m sharing a commissioned build: a bright, spacious apartment in San Myshuno, address: 122 Hakim House.
This lot was created specifically for my talented friend JackieCoxSims and designed for machinima filming — which means there is no kitchen by design (it belongs to a wealthy 40-year-old woman living with her husband). Instead, you’ll find a stylish bar.

Important placement note
To make the build savable to the Gallery, I temporarily removed one wall between some rooms.
After placing the apartment, please rebuild those walls (just a couple of clicks 🧱).

Делюсь на скачивание заказным проектом — просторные светлые апартаменты в Сан-Мишуно (San Myshuno), адрес: 122 Hakim House.
Квартира была построена специально для моей талантливой подруги JackieCoxSims и изначально задумывалась для съёмок машинимы — поэтому кухни нет (по задумке дамы 40 лет, живущей с мужем), есть стильный бар.

Важно при установке
Чтобы сохранить квартиру в Галерею, мне пришлось временно удалить по одной стене между некоторыми комнатами.
После размещения обязательно верните эти стены на место (1–2 клика — и всё снова идеально 🧱).
Немного о концепте
интерьер для богатой взрослой пары в мегаполисе;
акцент на воздушности, свете и кинематографичных ракурсах для съёмок;
бар вместо кухни — сознательный выбор для атмосферы и сюжета.

Hello, for some reason it won't let me place the lot/ apartment it keeps saying " cannot make changes outside owned area. "
Hi! This usually happens when the game thinks you’re trying to edit the wrong apartment or an area outside the playable zone. Please make sure you’re placing it inside the right apartment in San Myshuno (not the hallway). Also check: ✦ The lot type should stay “Residential”. ✦ Try “Replace Apartment” instead of “Place Lot”. ✦ If nothing works, try saving and replacing it again — sometimes the grid shifts a little. Let me know if it helps! 🤍
