After Surgery Support

Sorry the new content is taking a little longer to post — I’ve been deep in the lab learning how to prompt audio so it actually sounds natural and not cringe 😭

Good news though: I already have several breast expansion AND ass expansion videos nearly finished, and this time they have full audio.

Trust me… the upgrade is real. Audio + realism is about to hit a whole new level for Swelling Studios. 👀

The waiting room was quiet except for the soft hum of fluorescent lights and the faint rustle of paperwork somewhere down the hall. She sat carefully on the metal chair, hands folded in her lap, shoulders slightly tense as she looked down, still adjusting to the unfamiliar weight she now carried. Every small shift in posture reminded her that her body felt different — heavier, more sensitive, more present than it had ever been before.

Beside her, the doctor leaned in slightly, her tone calm and steady, the kind that made the sterile clinic feel a little less intimidating.

“After surgery, support is going to be very important.”

The patient nodded faintly, eyes lowering again as if checking that everything was still where it should be. The fabric of her top stretched gently as she breathed, and she instinctively sat a little straighter, cautious, protective.

“You’ll want to wear a proper support garment most of the day, especially during the first few weeks,” the doctor continued, hands moving in small, reassuring gestures. “And try to avoid sudden movements or anything too strenuous while you’re healing.”

“…Okay,” she whispered, exhaling softly. It wasn’t pain exactly — more like a constant awareness, a new weight that pulled at her posture and demanded attention.

“They already feel heavier than I expected.”

The doctor gave a small, understanding smile. “That’s completely normal. Your body is adjusting, and it will take time. Soreness, sensitivity, even that sense of heaviness — all part of the healing process.”

The patient nodded again, slower this time. The clinical setting, the calm voice, the structured guidance — it grounded her. What had felt overwhelming moments ago now felt manageable.

She shifted carefully in her seat, breathing steady, reassured not just by the instructions, but by the quiet certainty that she wasn’t alone in figuring this out.

That's awesome. Couple questions. Will you be adding audio to any older posts? And will there be any blueberry content coming anytime soon?
