PATREON POLL #8 - Alternate Subscriptions?
Just been thinking about how I've got things set up here, and was curious to know if there'd be interest in varying subscription tiers.
What I was considering was would there be interest in a lower tier subscription level, where instead of receiving access to everything I post, you'd be entitled to one story per month, that I would send out directly. I'd likely price it at $2.50 USD.
The intention is of course to provide more flexibility for you if you only like certain types of stories.
I'd also been thinking about higher subscription tiers, but I really don't know what else I could offer to make that worth it!
Anyway, let me know what you think.

Personally, I'd rather see different story types sorted into collections rather than tiers, but I do have other suggestions. I don't know how popular it would be, but a tier for those searching for writing advice would be appreciated. I've thought to ask about stuff like that but have refrained because it feels like asking for extra beyond what I'm paying for. Considering the additional workload that would bring, it doesn't feel right currently. You could also do some Discord integration to encourage more communication within the community, but I'm not sure how pricing tiers would comfortably fit into that. Lastly, to mirror what somebody else already said, a bare-bones entry tier definitely helps. I just don't know what that'd look like.
How would you “tailor” a monthly story to individual preferences? For example I like big ‘uns and BE growth to huge sizes BUT not “room size.” That’s too big for me. I’m reading these stories but skim endings because you write really well! Believable characters and plots. Interesting phrases and good grammar. Charles
I voted for I'm fine with the current tier and I wouldn't move if a lower one is implemented. However, it would likely be beneficial to open up a lower tier even if people who are currently subbed aren't interested since it may draw in new people. Surely some other patreon creators have some data on that. No clue what, if any, analytics patreons back end provides for creators.
