It's funny how specific fetishes can often be portrayed and found in the most innocent of situations.

One of the most famous examples is of course Willy Wonka (or Charlie) and the Chocolate factory, most definitely a family friendly movie, and yet it is undeniably the very origin of the Blueberry inflation fetish.

Now, you might think that breast expansion is far too risque that it wouldn't appear in children's movies. You'd have to look in body horror movies, like Faust, or dumb comedy movies like Scary Movie 2, to find film examples of breast expansion. And for the most part you'd be right.

The scene comes from the 1999 film Bartok the Magnificent, a direct to VHS sequel to Anastasia. This is near the end of the movie when the villainess, Ludmilla gets a song, where she drinks a potion which transforms her into a dragon, but not all at once as you can see.
