OP15 Meta Report – Week 4

With another week of data following the ban adjustments, the OP15 format is starting to settle into something more defined. While we’re still largely working off ladder data due to limited high-rank samples, the volume of games played this week gives us a strong foundation to evaluate emerging trends.

Experimentation is still happening across the board, but a handful of decks have begun separating themselves from the pack. Purple Enel, Blue/Yellow Nami, and Red/Blue Lucy are not just popular—they’re shaping how the rest of the meta is being built and played.

Even so, the Top 10 remains impressively diverse. That’s usually a sign of a healthy format, especially this early. As lists tighten and more optimized builds emerge, expect some consolidation—but for now, flexibility and adaptation are key.

1. Purple Enel

Purple Enel takes the top spot this week, and it’s not particularly close. It combines high play rate with one of the strongest win rates across the board, backed by a matchup spread that feels favorable into most of the field.

What sets Enel apart is how it breaks traditional DON!! expectations. Rather than scaling upward like most decks, it stabilizes around 6 DON!! and leverages that breakpoint extremely efficiently. Its ramp allows it to bypass the usual downsides of powerful effects, letting it maintain tempo while still accessing high-impact plays.

At this point, Enel isn’t just strong—it’s a defining pillar of the format.

2. Blue/Yellow Nami

Blue/Yellow Nami continues its rapid climb, solidifying itself as one of the most complete decks in OP15. It blends control and resource efficiency in a way that makes it difficult to pressure at any stage of the game.

Support from EB03 and OP15 has noticeably improved the deck’s consistency. Its game plan feels smoother, its hands more stable, and its ability to apply pressure without overcommitting has made it a nightmare to deal with.

Despite the recent ban adjustments, Nami hasn’t lost momentum. It remains one of the best-positioned decks into Enel and continues to perform well across the rest of the field.

3. Red/Blue Ace

Ace remains one of the most fundamentally solid decks in the format. Its 6K Leader forces early interaction, often pulling counter resources from opponents before they’re ready to commit.

From there, Ace transitions cleanly into a controlled mid-game, capitalizing on small tempo advantages and maintaining steady pressure. It doesn’t rely on flashy new tools—just strong sequencing and consistent execution.

That reliability keeps it firmly planted as one of the format’s benchmarks.

4. Red/Blue Lucy

Lucy has quickly established itself as one of the most impactful new leaders in OP15. High play rate, strong results, and a flexible game plan make it an immediate top-tier contender.

Its Dressrosa-focused strategy revolves heavily around Events, which gives the deck a unique rhythm compared to the rest of the field. While Event-heavy builds can sometimes strain resources, Lucy offsets this with strong draw and filtering, allowing it to sustain value deep into games.

It’s a deck that rewards good decision-making and sequencing, and even its weaker matchups are far from unwinnable.

5. Yellow Luffy

Yellow Luffy thrives on turning defense into long-term advantage. Its ability to convert board removal into added Life cards makes it extremely difficult to out-resource over time.

The deck naturally builds wide boards and forces opponents into inefficient trades. Once it establishes momentum, it can close games quickly with Rush threats like Luffy.

It’s particularly strong into decks like Enel and Lucy, making it a valuable counter pick—though its struggles against Nami remain a clear limitation.

6. Green Mihawk

Mihawk continues to put up solid results, but its performance is more matchup-dependent than the decks above it. While it can dominate certain pairings, it doesn’t always hold up as a blind pick in the current field.

Against top-tier decks, it can struggle to keep pace, but in the right hands—and the right meta—it’s still a very threatening option.

7. Imu

Imu maintains its presence from previous formats, continuing to reward tight play and smart resource management. It applies steady pressure while controlling opposing threats and scaling well into the late game.

Its consistency makes it a strong choice for players who value stability and punish-heavy gameplay.

8. Red/Green Luffy

Red/Green Luffy is carving out a role as an aggressive, high-pressure deck that can end games quickly if left unchecked. Its early-game tempo is one of its biggest strengths.

It performs well across much of the field, though Ace remains a notable obstacle. Still, its explosive potential makes it a deck with clear upward mobility as lists improve.

9. Green/Purple Luffy

After a surge in popularity, Green/Purple Luffy drops slightly this week but remains firmly on the radar. Its matchup spread is still strong, especially into Lucy and Yellow Luffy.

The deck clearly has power, but refinement will be key. As players optimize builds, it wouldn’t be surprising to see it climb back up.

10. Black/Yellow Moria

Moria rounds out the Top 10 with a strategy built around overwhelming board presence and explosive turns. When it gets going, it can snowball quickly and end games in just a few swings.

It punishes slower decks effectively, but can struggle if its early momentum is disrupted.

Conclusion

One week into the post-ban environment, OP15 is shaping up to be one of the most active and dynamic formats in recent memory. Player engagement is high, experimentation is everywhere, and the meta is still far from solved.

While decks like Purple Enel, Blue/Yellow Nami, and Red/Blue Lucy are currently setting the pace, the overall diversity in the Top 10 suggests there’s still room for innovation.

As the format matures and high-level data becomes more available, expect sharper decklists, clearer tier separation, and potentially a few surprises climbing the ranks.

For now, adaptability is everything—and the meta is still wide open.
