Refund Policy!
I have had several people request refunds since Patreon added the feature, so i just thought i would throw this out there, it's not something that is really feasible when it comes to buying downloadable content like this, I'm not steam that can revoke your access to the mods/game
REASONING:
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded, saved, and accessed immediately after purchase, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a digital item has been delivered. Unlike a physical product, there isn’t a way to have the item returned to me or to verify that a downloaded file has been permanently deleted.
This policy isn’t intended to be unfair to anyone. It’s simply necessary to protect the time, work, and value that goes into creating each digital product and to prevent situations where a file is downloaded and then refunded afterward.
That said, I absolutely want you to receive what you paid for. If you experience an issue with your download, receive the wrong file, or there is a genuine problem with the product itself, please reach out to me. I’m always happy to look into the situation and help resolve legitimate issues.

I had a subscription to the big Royal Rendering. I got it on the 29th. And 3 days later on the 1st I got charged again for the new month. I asked for a refund and they responded with sorry we cant do that
That’s due to patreon not them, it used to be at the first of every month regardless of when you purchased, now it goes off of your join date, I didn’t think patreon allowed people to stay on that setup, thought they forced everyone to switch
I've been double charged more than once. I'll wait to see if it's reversed on monday and if not I'll be getting in touch bud.
Take that up with patreon, I can’t just magically charge your card because I feel like it, that’s not how this works
Ppl asking for refunds on downloads is absolutely insane.
You can leave mine as is. Content is well worth it.

It’s sad that you even have to make this post. There’s some real pathetic people in this world.
So I’m not the only one getting outlandish refund requests. That makes me feel better. The ones I have gotten weeks after a subscription ended made me chuckle…..
The one that led to this post was “did not get enything good that was shown”🤨

Yes and there’s been a handful of people who have tried to use it
No refunds as simple as that.
