[Ep 1.16 “Girls Night Out”] Mania

Hey guys! Sorry for another late report. I normally work 8-10 hours per day on the game, but occasionally I have a burst of mania when everything is just flowing, and I feel like I can work and work without my brain getting exhausted.

On Saturday I had one of these, working from about nine a.m. until 0140 the next morning. I not only finished polishing story scene 3, but also added a whole bunch of extra things to it because I was feeling so inspired.

I wanted to get sex scene 4 polished on Sunday, but I was too frazzled to create. But then I had another day of mania today, and did a lot more with the sex scene than I’d planned (changing it based on two of the extra elements I’d added to the preceding scene on Saturday). I finished it a little after 2200. Here’s the current status:

In storyboarding and the drafts, the really exciting stuff happens after sex scene 1. But I’ve put in so much detail that now I’m really, really excited about this first half. It felt a little dry in the planning stages, but now I feel like it’s hot and exciting all the way through.  

Tonight, contributor Behbeh played through the results of my mania on Saturday, and she said it’s the hottest scene in the game so far. I hope you’ll like it too and feel like it's been worth the wait. 🤞🏻

Time estimate

• At this pace it will be 3 more weeks before all the yellow dots turn green.

• It may be possible for us to release this episode in two parts: the first half shortly, then the conclusion a few weeks later.

• (There are some technical issues we’d need to solve, e.g. some clothing items needed in story scene 5 are supposed to be procured in story scene 2, and they’re not yet finished, so we’d need to juggle taskings around a little.)

• If not, we could definitely release the first half as a beta to Operators+, and their feedback could help us improve the final version.

• Right now I’m just too frazzled to consider it properly, so let me get back to you guys on that in the next report.
