You cannot kill what doesn't die
The rituals are complete and our image server has returned from the grave. It is protected by strange new magicks (i.e. Cloudflare – whatever the fuck that is) and I am assured that it will never fail again.
Our service provider apologised to me for how long it took them to resolve – there was apparently some kind of technical problem related to the restoration of the DNS records after the DDOS attack, which took them more time than expected to identify and fix. I pass their apologies to you.

Something that struck me about this whole affair is how much impact the avatar has on the game experience.
I'm going to send a lovely message to our illustrator Victoria to let her know how important her work is to our game: if you have any feedback you'd like to pass on, tell me in a comment or a DM and I'll make sure she sees it.
What else is going on
As a team we're working on some exciting new ways to make it faster and easier to get content into the game. More on this soon.
We're planning a 1.6 public release on Friday. I'm trying to complete the "bed" branch of the sex scene so it's ready for that version.
We're also making progress on the subsequent version – 1.7 (which will cover the heroine's arrival in Bangkok). Again, more on that soon.
Okay, that's it for today! Having the images back online is an enormous relief – I'm sorry we were down for so long, and we've invested in better tech as a response. Next update soon.

Could picking up some of the kinks be inserted into the life-path, such as the current BDSM scene, with the High Agreeableness and Arrange Another Date route, making the character Like Rough Sex
Important feedback: Victoria draws very lovely boobs.
Other then the Avatar in the upper left, are there supposed to be other images or videos or something? I see the occasional image of a location, but nothing else. Am I missing something? The writing is great, But I'm not seeing any sex scene related images, and just wonder if I'm missing something? (full disclosure, I'm not far into the game, project Lioness, so maybe I haven't played enough.)
Without Victoria's work, I think this project would have died months and months ago.

Not just the avatar, but how beautiful and dynamic you made it. There are other similar games with that idea, and most of them SUCK. And you're reading this from a guy that views the content (the text) as the primary enjoyment. Also I've something to say on the exciting new ways bit: YES

Cloudflare is a service that companies use to protect against Direct Denial of Service attacks or DDoS. Think of it like you are assigned to greet every person that walks through a door. That door is designed to manage x number of people (in this case lets say 2). But what a DDoS does it sends a constant swarm of people through the doors, so it is still processing 2 people but now it is doing it 400x its designed spec, and crashes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial-of-service_attack I work in IT which is why I am familar with DDoS.
I think it's great! This is really the right decision to invest in new technologies. It makes your work even more productive.

This probably isn't strictly Victoria, but I do have some QC feedback to share: The graphic for feet seams at the ankle don't appear to be properly aligning. I don't know if the alignment is changed for other footwear, but I tend to notice it more with the high heel lace up sandals. There may be nothing that can be done about it, but I thought I'd mention that I personally tend to notice it a lot during dress up. Can I ask what other clothing options Victoria has been working on (besides the new black dress)? I've just thinking that some other tops (like a camisole or a blouse that could be tied into a crop top) and bottoms might be in order. It seems a little odd that a backpacker would have more nice dresses in her wardrobe than casualwear. Or have you and Vicky just been stockpiling them for a later release? :P
