Quick dev report

It's 2206 and I'm knackered, so please excuse the quick dev report.  There was a problem with an art file which took up lots of time to fix today, but it's done now.  I also put out a dev test version to Operators +.

I'm gonna get some rest now because the next dev day is tomorrow and I want to hit it really hard.
