Umbra’s sprite [From sketch to final]

How was Umbra's sprite created? It's not as easy as it seems at first glance :)

The first and most important thing is to understand the uniqueness of the queen before creating a sketch. In our case, it's her cute elven ears! Well, it suits her, doesn't it?
