The reason these UAP glow is almost certainly because they are using QED (quantum electrodynamic) processes for matter/anti-matter power generation and propulsion. QED interactions emit many photons (and other particles) during interaction. This is very well-known in particle physics and is observed daily in locations such as CERN. You never disappoint us Jenined! Great video again. By the way, lots of people ask why are UFO photos and videos always blurry in this day of 4K cameras? It has been explained like this many times. The propulsion system and antigravity reactors create an electro magnetic field around the craft that even our modern cameras can't get past for a clearer photo. If it is too clear, it is usually a fake. However the military has some very clear footage as stated by Lue Elizondo in his recent book. But again I am sure they have much better equipment! And there is also the theory they are trying to be as stealth as possible but can't fully conceal themselves to the level of being invisible. The only way that seems to happen is whenever they appear or disappear all of the sudden out of a space/time portal. You have a few videos of them doing just that.
