This home is a departure from minimalism, embracing a rich, layered aesthetic of moody wood tones, vintage floral patterns, and warm, unpretentious textures.

Installation Instructions 🏡
Download all CC from the Google Drive link. Each Creator has their own links in column C, ensure to download all if you do not have the items. CC folders will not be shared due to creator T.OU.
Download and unzip the Tray Files folder, then move the files to your Tray folder. DO NOT PUT IN SUB FOLDERS. (Unzipping is essential or the build won’t appear!)
The build will show up in your Library once installed.
Place it on the same or a larger lot size.
Make sure CC is enabled and use bb.moveobjects before placing to avoid missing items.

Hi Simmer! I absolutely loved your Kendall Jenner mountain home build. The layout and aesthetics you created are so inspiring! I’m actually a first-year interior design student, and I have an upcoming assignment focused on material rendering. I would love to use the spatial arrangement of this house as a base to practice applying different textures and material finishes for my project. Would it be possible for you to share a top-down screenshot or a 2D floor plan of the build? It would help me out tremendously with my coursework! Hi Lovely, so incredible to hear and such a pleasure! Of course feel free to use it for inspo for your assignment! You may need to download from the gallery for pics as i do not have access to my PC to take pics at the moment. You can hit "T" and then tab key (this takes you to cinematic camera mode to to take pics of the floor plan from top view) All the best!!

Hi! When I try placing the biscuits bastion lot I get an error message saying "failed to compute price"
Hi Lovely, i recommend to delete the cache files in your sims folder and try placing it in a new save. This build is pretty detailed and sometimes the cache files give this error. Hope this helps xx
