Kyosho Jutaku- Laundromat & Student Apartments
This build is is probably being released while I'm in Japan so i thought it would be perfect to do a Japanese inspired build which includes a Laundromat and some student housing. Enjoy!!

INSTRUCTIONS
Please download all the cc mentioned in the attached list.
Please download Tray files folder below. Unzip is and move the files to your Tray folder. (This is extra important as it will not show if you do not unzip!!)
The build will appear in your library once you have the tray files. You will need to place the lot down in the same lot or a similar/bigger sized lot. Ensure to turn on CC and enable bb.moveobjects cheat before placing lot (items may be missing if not)
