Tribeca Residence

Hello Simmers, escape the hustle and bustle of San Myshuno and move in to the Tribeca Residence- a series of apartments resting above a cafe and restaurant (multi use lot)

Soho inspired, this four story overgrown building sits directly near the docks of San Myshuno. These three apartments have a newly renovated interior and is now available for rent or purchase. Each apartment includes a spacious kitchen facing the water, a cozy yet stylish lounge area split with the decadent dinning space and a bathroom with a vanity and newly installed rain shower feature. The bedrooms include a spacious and open closet as well a a work station tucked away on the other side. Each bedroom looks out to the blue waters of San Myshuno.

Next door is a currently vacant building which is ideal if you would like to start a business or a gym. Downstairs the main building, you are able to grab a morning coffee or a late night snack at the cafe and restaurant which is open to all.
