Pearl Cove

Hello Simmers, enjoy the sun and the sound of crashing waves at Pearl Cove, a coastal 5-bedroom family home in Brindleton Bay.

Upon first glance, the two story estate is separated by an arched driveway leading to the back of the Hampton's inspired property. You are greeted by plenty of lush and manicured gardens with the views of the Brindleton beach. At the entrance you are welcomed into a living room with open doors to the back. The first floor includes a playroom, bathroom, a well-suited bedroom for infants, lavish dinning area leading to a traditional kitchen with upgraded appliances and pantry.

The second floor opens up to a landing coveted in wallpaper and hardwood floors. The main ensuite includes a seating area facing the ocean as well as a king bed nearing a balcony overlooking the pool down below. The wardrobe has been stylishly designed to provide space for his and hers belongings, This floor also includes two other bedrooms, bathroom as well as a office space with a balcony facing the gardens at the front.

Off the first floor you have a separate entrance to the guest suite. In addition to the suite, the property also has a Pool house which includes a marble bar as well as a cabinet for the towels and a outdoor shower. The property has outdoor dinning, and three lounging areas with the views of the ocean. The owner's have decided to transform the raised gardens to a tennis court.

This property is ideal for a summer season in Brindleton Bay. The blue and white detailing carried throughout the home truly captures the coastal surroundings of the property.
