Reine & La Rue is slick lounge and a famous spot in the bustling city of San Myshuno. Sitting alongside the waterfront docks, this luxurious lounge offers you the escape you need. A long, sleek room, its curved ceilings are adorned with taxidermy beetles, making for an eccentric, stylish space. The drinks offering is unique, as rather than a menu the team offers a 'Cocktail Concierge Service', meaning your bartender will talk through your likes and dislikes before designing a bespoke drink just for you. There’s a light and airy central public bar, sky-high ceilings and indoor and outdoor seating options — including a rooftop dance floor and chilling area with panoramic views of the city skyline. A modern theme continues throughout with warm interiors. If you are looking for something more intimate, a private room awaits you on the second floor. This property is perfect for a girls night out or a date. There are many spots guaranteed for the perfect Simstagram shot.

Sis, I've downloaded it, but when I'm installing the house, it keeps getting stuck in an infinite loop on the loading screen for the building lot. I don't know if it's my problem. I've tried three times, but I've never encountered this issue with any of the other houses you've made. I really love your houses—they have such sophisticated aesthetics and are extremely functional!
Hi Lovely, ahh i recommend going to the lot first and placing it down from there. Sometimes when we do it from the manage world screen it tends to take a while for some builds are that use quiet a bit of cc! I still have this in my file and have no issues so far. Try this method and see, so glad you enjoy my builds and hope this works for you enjoy xx

Hi Lovely thank you so much! Does the CC show up in your build mode? Or does the game not open? The cc shared is quite old (only works for DX9), it could also be that if you are playing on DX11. Also ensure the game has cc enabled in the options panel. Enjoy xx
I love this build! I downloaded it but it says 39 items missing. And I put everything in my mods folder and the tray files in my tray folder. Am I missing something?
