Kaneko Estate
Hello Simmers, welcome to the Kaneko Estate. A 3 bedroom family residence with a home studio in Mt Komorebi.
This property is nestled near the river of Wakaba. This prefecture is young, new, and bright as the leaves of a tree in early springtime. This small town is up-and-coming in the region, home to beautiful, sleek new homes and an attractive town center featuring Mt. Komorebi’s official mascot: Yamachan. Tourists of all ages can enjoy the Festival of Youth, or simply take in the neighborhood’s natural beauty.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom studio home- perfect for a growing family. It has a spacious driveway which is shared with the outdoor kitchen area. The property is known for its Japandi features and has multiple ponds filled with Koi fish and floating lanterns. While it still maintains it's traditional features, Kaneko estate has been renovated and has adapted to the modern times, making it the perfect blend between the past and and present.
This property has many places to simply relax and enjoy the nature. The main features include a home studio overlooking the Wakaba river and waterfall, koi pond, a outdoor iron fireplace with a kettle, picnic area, meditation area and a built in hot springs. While the land is quiet spacious, the cozy ambience and nature is truly makes it a home.
Please note almost everything is CC and the items were not created by me! Please let me know if anything is missing, there were a lot of cc items! Laundry day (Washing machine, dryer, hamper) Spa Day (yoga mats), Snowy escape (hot springs), Cats and Dogs (pet bowls and house).

Hi, I know this is an old build. Do you have any idea what I can do if it won’t allow me to play with an household? I can load into it to build but not resume game play🤷🏽♀️ thank you
Hi Lovely, this is a bit of an old build- what I recommend is to ensure all the cc is batch fixed for DX11 and also try it in a new save without mods. I've just been to the lot and it works all good for me. Hope this helps enjoy xx
Hey I love this, the tray zip file is expanding but the cc zip says the archive is empty :(
Hi Lovely, are you using any external extractors? I normally use winzip or winrar- some of the cc i get was downloaded using these xx
