KINKY PLAYGROUND 3.0 UPDATE - CHANGELOG [INFO POST]
My dear ones, I absolutely love moving forward in life and constantly improving instead of standing still. Kinky Playground is an extremely personal and important place for me, and I want it to become the best version of itself - as organized, transparent and harmonious as possible for everyone who is part of it.
Because of that, a huge wave of updates is coming across all the platforms and spaces where we meet and exist together. The changes are massive, so they will be introduced gradually in phases, allowing me to still maintain meaningful and regular posting instead of disappearing for weeks while rebuilding everything. This is a very general overview - the detailed list would honestly be so long that I could probably spend two days writing it.
Phase 1:
Reducing unused or rarely used content posting spaces - I know many of you are still there, sending me DMs and interacting with me and I truly appreciate that. However, some platforms have either gone in a strange direction over time or simply stopped being enjoyable for me. Even though I still checked them occasionally, the gaps between interactions became huge. Some profiles will be permanently removed (where I am already 100% sure I won’t be active anymore)
Hundreds of updates across social media profiles - important links, dates, information, and other details need a refresh. I simply haven’t had enough time to keep everything updated and meanwhile we have grown a lot
Phase 2:
A major Patreon refresh - this will involve a huge amount of work. My main goals are to properly tag every post and create collections so everything becomes much easier to browse and find. It will take a ridiculous amount of time, but I truly believe it will make Patreon much better
Updating the benefits section - I want every tier to have a much clearer description of what you actually get from supporting it. I am also considering a slight repricing of the tiers. I’m even thinking about completely removing the Opal tier because, considering Patreon’s cut and its current structure, it doesn’t make much sense anymore, but we will discuss that together before making any final decisions
A small shift in content direction - I really want to retry shorter comics. I’m not completely sure yet how it will work out, but I want to experiment with it a little. I also want to significantly increase the amount of collaborative work with you through commissions, because I genuinely love making them while working and talking with you. Another thing I want to reintroduce is "blank art", artwork without captions or additional text, as its own separate category. A lot of you have been asking for it, and I have unnecessarily ignored it for too long
Phase 3:
Remakes of older and lower-quality content - like every creator, I have some posts I’m very proud of and some that could definitely be better. Now that I understand my style much more, know what works, and know you as an audience much better, I want to revisit some weaker pieces and turn them into hotter, better versions
Phase 4:
A major Discord update - I want activity on the server to feel genuinely rewarding and exciting. This includes things like card systems, #jail, Discord games, automated bots to play interacitvely projects such as SissyPoly
Opening up to new types of content - mainly for classic type PC games about sissyfication. I have received many collaboration offers, but because of the current chaos and workload, I had to decline most of them. I want to start creating space for projects like that
These changes will also affect other parts of KP, including my store, which will eventually receive new products that I have been dreaming about creating for a long time. However, those updates will come later, as one of the final stages. For things that can be automated, I will try to automate as much as possible with the help of some clever people from our community who I will happily recruit for this mission hahah.
This is only a general roadmap, and many things may still change. Some updates have already quietly started happening in the background.
My goal is to have the whole transformation completed somewhere around the end of the year - step by step, without sacrificing the quality of content. I want you to stay satisfied with the amount of new gooning material (ahahah), while also making sure we communicate as much as possible, run polls and make these changes together.
