Hi i have signed up to the premium membership but cannot seem to download the snake? How do i do this?
Hi Madeline, The Snake is older than 2 months, so it’s not included in the current Premium membership downloads. Premium includes the designs from the current month plus the previous month. Older designs need to be purchased separately. Check DMs for 50% discount :)
We bought the premium subscription, but when we click on download it is locked and says we need to pay is that correct?

It’s definitely something we keep promising ourselves to do 😅 but honestly, we’ve been struggling to find the time, sorry about that! 🙏 If you check the Premium users chat, you’ll see that the latest message from Felipa was asking exactly this kind of question. There are already a few answers there, especially about the medium egg. Quick summary: ✅ The MEDIUM egg fits the NORMAL / KEYCHAIN snake (SHORT version) ✅ It also fits the SMALL snake (LONG version) Hope this helps, and thanks for the patience! 💛
