I did these! The big is too big to be sorted by an 8x3 magnet. Needs to be at least twice that size

Hi, we actually used MakerWorld magnets which are very powerful (we should have specified that). A solution could be to reduce the infill and have a less heavy head. Thanks for the feedback

Have you considered doing the "encased" magnet for safety? It involves a pause in the print but is generally pretty easy.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. We had considered this option but the pause during printing would put many users in crisis.. :')
