Hi! On Patreon, your subscription gives you access to the current month’s files plus the previous month’s files. For older releases, you can get them through our Cults3D store with a 50% discount as long as your Patreon subscription is active.

Hey Kathy! 💛 Nooo, the files in the Welcome Pack are included with your Premium membership, you definitely shouldn’t have to pay for those! Is it asking you to purchase them? 😮 That shouldn’t happen! Can you tell us which file and maybe send a screenshot? We’ll fix it right away!

Hi, hope this is in the right spot. How can I open the files without the file picking a printer? I'm using both Bambu X1 Carbon and AnyCubic S1. How can I open the files just themselves with no printer opening up. Hope this makes sense
Ciao! You have two valid ways to open the files: 1) Open the .3mf file This will load the model with the recommended print settings. You’ll just need to manually select your printer inside your slicer (for example choose Bambu X1 or AnyCubic S1 after the model loads). 2) Open the .stl file This will open the model “clean.” In this case you will need to color/paint the parts yourself (if multicolor) and set your own print settings like supports, infill, etc. Both options are totally fine — it just depends on whether you prefer starting with our suggested setup (.3mf) or starting from scratch (.stl).

On the version 2 of the labubu clicker, I'm not seeing the holes for the keychain version. Am I just not seeing them? I don't want to print a plate full if the holes aren't there.

Ciao Celine, merci beaucoup pour vos gentils mots ! 😊 Dans certains cas particuliers, nous indiquons les références de couleurs utilisées dans les modèles, mais en règle générale, nous ne le faisons pas. Cependant, sachez que dans 95 % des cas, nous imprimons avec le Bambulab PLA Matte. Merci encore et bonne journée à vous ! 🌟

Hi Matt! I don't quite remember mentioning that recently (maybe towards the end of 2024 in preparation for Christmas). We’re definitely planning to release a new penguin for Christmas 2025, but we don't have any new penguins coming in the near future. Thanks for asking!
