WOTM: Would You Become A Christian?
So, there is one horrible aspect of doing what I do here. Because I watch a lot of Christian content on YouTube in order to come up with the content I make for you, my YouTube feed gets filled even more with Christian content. The algorithm floods me with that nonsense when all I really wanna do is watch doggie and kitty videos... along with my favorite non-believer colleagues. I hope you all appreciate the sacrifice. 😘
This month, another stupid Frank Turek video popped up in my feed, titled "The #1 question to ask your atheist friends." And yes, it's as stupid as you'd imagine coming from Frank. If you're stupid and you wanna get rich, just become a Christian apologist! That's clearly the quickest and most reliable path forward.
Well, that's it for this month. Next month, I have another Mr. Deity coming (if I can get Jimbo to give me some time). It's about David and his punishments. I'm also working on one about Elijah and his duel with the priests of Baal. So stay tubed!!!

Well, I have asked the big question of those showing up my door pushing religion. Had a couple of Mormons show up and tell me that I had to have faith in their god so I would be a good person. I asked the reverse question, would they go out and rape and murder if they didn't have belief in god? They politely nodded that they would. Sigh... 'nuff said!

If you step back and look at what he is recommending--worshipping--it is clear that worship demeans both the worshipper and the worshiped. Why would any so-called deity want that? Of what value is the worship of an asshole like Frank Turek?
Surprisingly, Netflix has very few "Atheist cult destroys the lives of many" documentaries.

Since in Sweden only half of the population is christian, he must think the other half engages in the evil behavior he describes.
