Development update - Chapter 1 Part 4

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone had a good week. Last week, I released a demo on Steam. After releasing the demo, I tried to advertise it as much as I could to reach more people. Now that the demo is up and running, I registered for two game fests. One is a private group in Steam, and the other one is Steam Fest on the 15th of June. This is a very important step for exposure, as Steam is pushing new games to reach a wide audience at festivals.

I reached an artistic part of the scene I am currently working on, which means I take my time to create a photoshoot like renders, it's like every photo is a special render or a custom render regarding poses and lights, it takes time and I want it in the best quality and precision, the long pan view renders are there also, but the normal 2K res renders also needs to be in the best quality, I also considering rendering them in 4K and maybe create a special gallery just for this. Also, some renders are constructed from other renders and custom vectors/images I create myself. All to achieve the desired result and make it more immersive. Photography is close to my art, so I try to make it as realistic as possible within the limitations of the platforms.

We are sitting at 6309 static renders for the game now, and I haven't even started the last scene. I also have no idea how many renders I need for it; I just know it's very big.

Discord

This week, we had an issue in the Discord server. One member decided that he didn't want to listen to the moderators. This is unacceptable in my eyes; the mod's decision is final. If you don't like it, then you can leave. I don't want unnecessary drama on my server. This is a place to relax, be at peace, and enjoy what we all came here for. If you want to talk about something unrelated to that and provoke, you can do so in another place. Thanks to my mods (again) for handling this the best they can.
