They really didn't portray Usopp's character that well here it's sad to watch, cuz he's supposed to be super scared of everything but he's also the bravest because he fights his natural instincts to run which is a lot harder. in the live-action, they made him more of a coward and really focused on his lying which is funny sometimes but I wish they balanced it out better. ( also Usopp helps a lot with the ship looll )

I know you both said you will not watch the anime anytime soon, BUT can I suggest a compromise? Just react to the first 45 episodes of the Anime which covers what the Live action covers....

Lola & Milena, what if once you guys have watched the finale of the live action, you guys watch the animated version up until the point where the live action ends to see the original (which would be episode 45), like while ur waiting for the next season to come. Just an idea.

I know you said you wouldn't want to react to the anime because it is so long, but I would suggest to check it out after you finished the Live Action, up until the point that the LA goes, it could be a great comparison if you can't get enough of the Straw hat crew. The LA covers roughly 45 episodes, which is a lot more manageable than 1000. Thanks for the reactions.

Im in love with the live action but sanjis back story in the anime will make you cry.

Love that scene between Sanji and Zeff….so often those words are left unsaid but Sanji poured his heart out…glad the live action kept all of that in 🥲

quick pitch for the anime, imagine Ed and Al, meeting Gon, Killua, Kurapika and leorio. And then they form a group together, and then that group meets Aang, Toph, Katara, Sokka. And then they travel the world forever doing crazy adventures for a 1000 episodes... isnt that everything that youve been asking for?

You have to remember that One Piece Live Action is an adaptation that has already changed a lot. Just ship Zoro and Nami so that the producers have to make it canon :D

I hope you watched 8 after 7 because you will want to . Considering you were so far ahead with Black Sails I wouldn't be surprised if you actually did it . Sanji is awesome his back story with Zeff is so good. Can't wait for 7&8.
