HH77 Reaction

the story of the ant and the pomegranate made me laugh! Can only wait and see if it was an omen afterall! Really loved the discussion you two had after the episode about morality and the ants, can't wait for future discussions!

The fruit is called pomegranate in English. I get sad when you guys ask random questions in the intro and no one answers lol

Sorry to say nothing but misery awaits you girls but I think you can handle it I believe in you!

I'm already loving the speculation and eagerness to see the plot progress. I genuinely wish I could make time go faster just to experience both of your reactions to things.

I totally felt a similar way when starting this arc. To a degree, each arc has felt like a different show, moreso than any other show I'd watched, but this was something else entirely. How far is this going to escalate? How dark will this get? I had no clue, it felt like a new world where I didn't understand the boundaries. And also like you, I was confused about what the emotional core of the arc would be, because this is the first time we're dealing with scary animals rather than evil humans. What's going to be the heart of the arc? I'm beyond excited for y'all to see. Also, I would just like raise a simple question: how different are hunters from animals, really? Especially when considering the really crazy ones like Hisoka, Ging, and even Gon at times. I'm not saying this excuses bad things they do, but I think it better explains the way they chase their instincts and follow their own personal code over the rest of society's.

setting the stage in this arc is such a slow burn but when it burns it explodes

Not gonna spoil anything, but I love the irony of the end of this episode (when it cuts from Kite to Colt)

The fruit name in Arabic is " رمان " :)

This arc will change your life.

Please start doing double uploads for this arc 😁😁😁😁

I fucking died when Lola was freaking out “this is a totally different show now.” 😂 😂

Keep the Phagogenesis in mind when talking about the Chimera Ants. Think of the Ant part as the foundation of their being that dictates the hierarchy of their role in life. But everything on top of that is built with a mix of genes. Animals, insects, fish, crustaceans, and of course, humans on top so that it wouldn't be too jarring if they don't seem to look like ants anymore. "I have so many questions." I like your line of questions, Lola. 😁

I can tell already this arc is going to destroy them

HxH has always had dark undertones, Gon has already seen plenty of people die, and Killua has murdered people himself. The Phantom Troupe slaughtered men women and children in the Kurta clan. The biggest difference in this episode is how much of this darkness the audience gets to see, particularly when it's unemotional like an animal hunting.

I would lose every other finger before I lost my thumb.

You guys should definitely watch the op and ed for the last AOT episode there on YouTube they didn't air with the episode

Yes thank you more hxh!

Did you noticed the irony? The kids were hunting fish, and the Chimera Ant hunted them. For me this arc truly explain the meaning of the show's title: Hunter x Hunter.

Oh fantastic, I needed something lighthearted after the finale.

Lucky number #77 helping hit us with a good one tonight.

I must have forgot that Kakin was so involved. That's a disturbing series of events.

The queen is missing an arm. The sister's name is Reina (it's easy to remember because it means "queen" in spanish)

buckle up

well, still haven't had the time to watch the aot episode but i read the manga so i should be good to watch along the full with you. can't wait to see your opinions on the episode.

the fruit in my country es called grenade btw

Its ok girls take your time and prepare yourself to enjoy AOT for one last time + don't forget to get your tissues lol

Thanks for the update. And take your time with AoT… after all it’s the end of a great journey.

Next week ? …But you normally drop 2 episodes of The Wire per week. How you gonna delay 2 reactions by a week just coz u haven’t filmed the post-show reaction from last weeks show ? That’s some crazy maths 😐

girl, in the meantime (just if you can) you can put the full screen recording in the full reaction so we can watch it with you until the edited and cutted version comes out? pleaseeeeee if you can

haven’t watched aot, too. this week is my exam week and having to watch something i know would emotional wreck me is a bad move lol

RIP to you then 🫡

This is the consistency we need for this arc

Yassss best time to subscribe

You won’t survive have tissues ready……..
