Psycho Pass anyone? It’s a short horror, crime-thriller series that I would love to hear their discussions about. In my opinion, it would be a perfect anime for them now that AoT has finally reached its end.
I highly recommend Oshi no Ko. It is a masterpiece, featuring emotionally and psychologically complex characters, as well as exceptional storytelling. Additionally, it offers a critical perspective on the darkside of social networks and entertainment industry. It's only 11 episodes.

Same! To be honest, I stopped watching JJK because I had a very busy time in my life. I also left Patreon. But when AOT final episode came out, I'm back and continuing where I left off in JJK and I reallllyyy love it.

My vote tho gotta be Violet Evergarden. That anime was actually great. Not a fan of this poll though. Hopefully next time better options will on here!

I didn't see either of them, but I vote for Violet Evergarden because it sounds interesting and because it has a female main character, a detail that they both wanted to see in an anime. By the way, I highly recommend other animes with female protagonists, such as Psycho-Pass and Black Lagoon. And Kotaro lives alone, with which you will cry as much as I do in each of its ten episodes
Psycho Pass is a great crime sci-fi series, but the first 8 episodes are mostly cases that have a lot to do with Japanese pop culture. That's about the only reason I'm not pushing Psycho Pass as much so far. Season 2 is also relatively weak compared to the first, but the movies and the third season is very interesting again.
Don't miss the boat. One Piece Live-Action is hot right now. Reacting to it would probably bring you a lot more patrons.
Independently of business considerations, they will have a lot of fun watching it, especially since they love HxH and Avatar. But this is a "short anime" slot, they will need to watch One Piece in their "short live-action show" slot.

Violet Evergarden is an amazing choice, I wish the scheduling matched up with when the final episode of AoT drops because I, very selfishly, feel like this show pairs emotionally for right after watching AoT’s finale and want to go through the emotions with my favorite reactors. Much more so as Violet is Mikasa’s voice actress (Zeke’s voice actor is in this too). I do hope Ranking of Kings wins the next poll though

[MAJOR SPOILERS FOR VIOLET EVERGARDEN SHOW AND SEQUEL MOVIE!!!!] Okay so ever since I’ve seen people recommending this show I can’t help but question some things. First off let me say I loooovvvveeeddd the first season. I recommended it to everyone and it was my fav anime for a while but…after hearing some things about the light novel and watching the movie that came out like 2 years ago it kind of completely ruined the vibes for me. Gilbert and violets relationship is very weird…it was always presented to me as a parental relationship but it ended up being romantic and it gives me a completely icky feeling seeing the age gap and it feels like grooming. The princess episode also gave me the ick. Y’all know how protective they are of children and with violet being 14 and Gilbert being in his late 20s in season one it’s really weird. Even saying “it’s the time period” it doesn’t make it less weird and I think they’d be really uncomfortable because he really does basically raise her as his kid then they fall in love??? I don’t think they’d be comfortable with it honestly. I just hope they don’t watch the movie I guess lol other than that the show is really good and well written that’s why it makes me so sad that I ended up being very uncomfortable with the conclusion. Anyway wondering if anyone else felt the same I guess lol
I agree with you, that’s why they don’t need to watch the 2 movies or even the OVA, just the series is enough and it tells everything it needs to tell. They also don’t react to movies on the channel in the first place + RoK is the next anime to watch and other patrons already have to wait 13 weeks for Violet to finish, so I don’t see why they should wait more because of additional content like the movies which are totally not worth watching at all, especially the sequel one.

OMG YEAH. Fruits Baskets, 86 and Violet Evergarden were the three shows I really wished for them to watch. It fits what they like more than those action-packed shounen animes that everyone keeps recommending. Like Demon Slayer..? Why are we recommending this? lol. Sure it's incredible and the characters are deep and great... but still, not really there speed. But then again I wouldn't have thought they'd continue with HxH either, yet they're on like episode 70.

Before they started reacting to Hunter x Hunter, I believe the understanding was that they wouldn't be releasing extra episodes just because of it's length. People kept requesting HxH, but Milena and Lola were initially hesitant to start such a long series due to how long it would take them to finish with their usual pacing. In other words, I don't think they'll increase the number of HxH episodes per week, and that's perfectly fine. I'd rather they react to shows at their own pace.
Is there really space for a new show? Did they finish something? HxH is already coming out at very slow space it would suck if it was even slower. Just asking questions don't mean to be annoying.
This poll is for a new show to replace Cyberpunk on the schedule. Everything else will still release at the normal pace.

I hope the day comes for Code Geass There's a million titles in anime and you can't watch them all (if any), but you can't miss out on one of the founders of modern anime, a major piece whose ending alone is worth getting into, but the whole 50 episodes thing is a delish really with surely one of the MCs of all time. Code Geass is bad, though? It has good ideas that it fails to deliver on in part one, and in part two it has bad ideas that it fails to deliver on. And far more than 20 seconds of fanservice. It's a real low brow idea of a thinking man's show.

Voting Violet for the change of pace and female protagonist (pretty sure they've literally never watched an anime, or maybe a show period, on the channel with a female protagonist?). People keep slandering that show when it gets brought up, so we may never be blessed with a reaction. I am still praying for it though
Ranking of Kings: Cute action anime with lots of love and great characters and with 23 episodes not too long (season 2 is basically just OVA or things the anime left out in season 1, no reaction to it necessary). It's a small masterpiece from WIT studio with a lovely story. Violet Evergaden: Female main character who grows and learns through other characters, animated with a lot of love and heart. Not too long with 13 episodes, an OVA between episodes 4 & 5 and two movies. What I just want to mention here: The anime was animated by Kyoto Animation, one of the few anime studios with human working conditions and the principle of only releasing something when it is ready, without time pressure. Unfortunately, this studio was also the victim of one of the deadliest massacres in Japan since the end of World War II. In 2019, a mentally ill person entered the building, doused people with gasoline and set them on fire. Many of them died and many more are traumatized. A very large number of them have worked on Violet Evergarden as well. Simply to honor their work, I would like to see the anime watched.
About Violet, I think just watching the 13 eps is enough (maybe the OVA too), no need for them to watch the movies. I mean they also don’t react to movies in general on the channel lol so it’s ok

Violet (SUB) is my pick, it’d be a great change of genre and it’s something unique in my opinion. Tbh all the short animes on the last poll are great and they’ll watch all of them eventually, it’s just about which show they’re reacting first, no need to start fights.

Baccano!, One-punch man, Parasyte, Assassination Classroom, Hell's Paradise, Vanitas No Carte, Angels of death, Death Parade and Ping Pong are some short anime that nobody suggests but you might like

Violet Evergarden is one of THE most beautifully-drawn anime ive ever seen. Absolutely stunning and gorgeous illustration, and worth watching solely on that basis. The story is heartbreaking and beautiful as well. I'd also like to add Spy Family and Haikyuu! as suggestions for the near future.

I didn't know that at all. I had only watched Violet Evergarden with the German snychro. Are we actually fighting over an Eng dub vs Jap dub here, or is the Japanese synchro that much better? The only other thing I know is that the Netflix subtitles are supposed to be much better than the Crunchyroll ones for this anime.

Both have a rather sad but hopeful undertone. With pure happiness, we would have needed more comments for A Place Further Than The Universe to carry it into the poll or we had to go for Spy x Family. But I see Spy x Family more after the shows in this poll. 50 episodes (seasons 1 and 2) will block the anime slot for a year and I really want some of the really short animes first.
Violet is shorter ofcourse so it might be smarter to get that out of the way. I havent watched ranking of kings so i'll use that time to start watching it.
