Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Episode 10 Reaction

Cowboy Bebop and Evangelion are must watch animes from the 90s and their both short.
Bebop is from the early 2000's.
86 would be amazing, emotional rollercoaster.
plz watch cathedral of the sea
Made in Abyss would be perfect
As always I recommend Violet Evergarden, female mc, great storytelling, great show, just 13 eps. Oh and Madoka Magica too, same qualities as Violet.
Haikyuu please🥺🙏🏼
Heartbreaking show but poignant and beautiful. Sorry it didn't work for you, but it's easily in my top 3 for anime, so I was glad it was made!
Please give the One Piece live action a try!
noooo god noo
i think theyd love jujutsu kaisen
Ranking of Kings please
I’m still hoping for ranking of kings!! The girls will love it! Or One Piece Live Action would be interesting!
To Your Eternity. To Your Eternity. To Your Eternity. And I'd suggest my fellow patrons to watch it too if you haven't. It's been under the radar but very good.
To Your Eternity x ∞ 🤍
I'm hoping you will just react to Spy X Family it was the runner up in the poll and Milena has said she wanted to watch it a couple times now I think.
86 next guys, they need a show with a lot of heart
Said it before and I'll say it again, Violet Evergarden and Your Lie In April would be my top suggestions. I've heard Ranking Of Kings and Made In Abyss are great too!
Made in Abyss has so many unnecessary nude scenes to show how innocent the kids think. After the twentieth time, however, you could assume that the author had other reasons in mind. I would hate to suggest this as a show to react to, even if the story itself was interesting. I'm a clear favorite of the first two, though I don't really have any objections to Ranking of Kings, except that it's another action anime. But if I were to throw a show in, it would just be A Place Further Than The Universe. It would be a completely different show than what we've seen on their channel and I'd like to see other anime that doesn't just have a lot of action and fighting. And if you want to break them completely emotionally, I'd still have Rainbow Nisha, but I kind of don't want to do that to those, as much as they ask for a happy show.
I had already thought so, that Cyberpunk will not convince. Wouldn't have been my choice for them either, since they look more at characters and Cyberpunk is more convincing with its world building and animations and takes up the idea of chasing dreams from the video game. (I also just wrote only two comments about this anime, simply because I somehow didn't have much more to say about it.) I really hope that the patreons here will consider this if they start a poll again instead of picking a show themselves from the recent recommendations. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an anime without action and at best with a female main character.
anyone else think they’d like Jujutsu Kaisen? im usually skeptical of popular seasonal anime but i finally gave it a try and found myself quickly loving the characters (they’d love yuji). i think it has a lot of elements they’d like
Oh yeah idk why so many people think they would hate it 🤷♂️ if they were to watch any other mainstream shonen it should jjk or demon slayer
I am once again asking for your support for a Castlevania reaction.
They all will never let it happen. :(
Haikyuu! Haikyuu! Haikyuu!
i actually cried harder then i have for any show in awhile when rebecca died like i literally was unconscionable sobbing as hard as possible for 20 minutes straight
I’d also recommend the one piece live action haven’t seen it yet but I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about it. Edit: also madoka magica
Glad this show is finally over they felt exactly like i said they would this show is so overrated. The Rebecca death at the end is what made me dislike the show just so pointless and I found it hard to really care about anyone besides David who you can tell is gonna die early on. Hopefully we get another poll and Ranking of Kings wins like it should’ve the 1st time.
I also think it was very overrated. That said, the first and second episodes were very very very good. Especially the first with it's world building and setting up of David's motivations (even if it seemed like it kind of was generically following some instruction manual for making a story, it really hit those beats accurately and effectively you can say).
I'm glad you at least had fun watching it. I agree it would have benefited to have more episodes to develop the characters and the group dynamic a bit more. Still, every time "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" plays it manages to make my eyes water a little
they need to watch 86!! would be an incredible reaction out of the two of them and fits within their favorites as well, would be sure to love it!
I would be happy if you would watch Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba someday.
Just gonna drop a Made in Abyss recommendation.
this show man. made me replay the game again and bump "I Really Want To Stay at your House" on repeat for like a month
The collective outrage about Rebecca that caused everyone to play the game just to kill Adam Smasher was amazing haha
Atom Eve bonus episode please before we start a new show!
No... Wait with that after Invincible Season 2 is released completly.
All of the goated anime out there and people are suggesting Castlevania? 😂
I can see it honestly they would love the main trio
Sorry for the side comment.. The Wire tonight ladies?
Castlevania would be would be a good choice after this. Yall could also do the invincible atom eve special episode that came out. Its just one episode focused on atom eve's origin story
I think if there had been 12 episodes instead of 10 it would have given us enough time to fully connect to the characters. That said, I was still emotionally invested enough to cry a lot in this finale. And I think rewatches are really beneficial - there's a lot of subtle stuff you don't notice the first time when you're still trying to understand the world and remember character names. By now you may have chosen what is replacing this show, but I'll echo some other's sentiments in the hope that it will be a show with a female main character. There are some really good ones out there you guys would enjoy (Puella Magi Madoka Magica is my suggestion, though it is a heavy show I think there's a lot of hope in it too). If not, there were still some other great suggestions like Castlevania and Erased and so on.
Honestly I couldn't recommend enough Puella Magi Madoka Magica for both of them. Very character-driven with a lovable cast, amazing story that catches you off-guard, plus the anime is neither too long or too short. Such a gem of an anime, I really think they would love it.
As Always I will recommend Violet evergarden, Ranking of kings, Your lie in April, I didn’t really like Castlevania but I think the characters are great and you would enjoy the show so that would be fine too.
Violet Evergarden and A Lie in April unfortunately have more sadness than happiness. I'd rather have A Place Further Than the Universe. It's just joyfulness most of the time. But if I have to choose something from the last poll, I would choose one of the two. Ranking of Kings would be sweet, but it's an action anime, and I really want to see an anime with them, that is not focussing on action. And Spy x Family will probably get its second half of season 2 in April - June, so if they start that this month, Spy x Family will pretty much run for a year until August. Could be a pretty good fit, and I love the first season. It was very funny and didn't let go of the main story despite being episodic. But with a 12 month run (50 episodes), I'd have something short for 3 months before that before we block the slot like Hunter x Hunter for a year.
Glad you still enjoyed it a little, I was in the camp of "I don't know if this is for them" even though I liked it a lot when it released. The review at the end sums it up nicely, looking forward to see what's next!
Idk if you guys pick a show already but these are some finals suggestions for small animated shows: Hells paradise, Neon Genesis Evangelion( Ok this one is 26 episodes and it’s only one season but I will throw it here anyways lol), Dorohedoro, Violet Evergarden.., and lastly Castlevania. Now to be honest, I don’t like Castlevania mostly because the story it’s generic but the animation and characters are great but if I had to pick a popular choice between the other ones, I would rather castlevania to win.
There's nothing generic about Isaac. He's the real protagonist of Castlevania.
Well, time to cry again.
its finally here... this show ended up making me play the original game which made me love this series even more. Playing the game driving around and randomly hearing the ending song on the games radio hit different. Thank yall for watching this!
I've been holding off replaying until the DLC comes out. Hope it's not overhyped like the game was.
