You forgot that each verse corresponds to a week of the month so actually they are still in the "gather to mourn" part and those fake bodies are not related to the prophecy

I love how the Zoldyck family operates. It's survival of the fittest with just enough rules to keep the family from falling apart. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Zeno and Chrollo survived because Silva noticed the phone call before he delivered his attack and held back slightly.

Chrollo wasn't trying to kill them because he wanted to steal their abilities and the original owner of the ability must be alive in order for that to happen. Thats what Zeno understood. Chrollo cant kill the people he wants to steal abilities from
I think it's interesting that Chrollo's ability incentives him to not kill the people he finds impressive. It's hard for me to interpret what that means if that's true and if the reasons are part of Chrollo's subconscious.
Kurapika is such an interesting character. I know Gong it’s the main protagonist of this anime but god damn Kurapika it’s definitely one of the highlights of this show. And yes I’m a manga reader so I know what you people are gonna tell but shhhhh no spoilers in the comments.
Here's a hot take, Kurapikas post-anime manga adventures are boring and long-winded. Especially compared to every other plotline going on during the SC arc.

i wouldn't say im offended but i agree with the person that its a little disrespectful with the characters, and, in turn, with the show, and, in turn with the author, and, in turn with us the audience to simply dont care about the character's names and just start calling them by their look alikes from other shows. Though I know it doesn't come from a place of disrespect, its simply one of you girl's shortcomings. I know its not on purpose
