The Wire 2x11 Full Reaction

I'm always leaving it super late to comment on these posts. Anyways, the shot of Frank kicking the barbed wire fence and grabbing onto it after talking to Nicky has got to be one of my favourite tv shots in recent memory. What a phenomenal character. Reminds me of Jimmy Mc Gill even though they're very different people: they sound like simple characters on paper, but in practice they garner no much sympathy.
I've been binging this show along with you, and also watching episodes of Avatar the Last Airbender in between as palate cleansers, so imagine my surprise when I learned from IMDB that Erik Dellums, who plays the medical examiner on this show, also did the voice of Koh the Face Stealer.
At least now we know where he gets his faces...
The way everything converges to the point where Frank is walking towards The Greek in the last shot is masterful storytelling.

I use 0.9591. It is perfect. Never gets out of sync.
Can’t wait! You have been killing the reactions to this show, so glad you both enjoy it!
Highly subjective of course, and I dig all 5 seasons, but this one sticks in mY head
Probably the best episode of the series
Pretty bold, The next two seasons are peak shit.
