who is that cute doggo voilm ga

I. LOVE. THIS. SHOW. Edgerunners is amazing. I am glad you girls enjoyed the first episode, it honestly gets better from here. The show really leans heavily on the game lore (both the pen and paper RPG as well as the video game) so it might be a bit daunting at first, but I think youll be fine. Excited to watch this with you guys.

Oh no… I’m not ready to experience Edgerunner again…

I didn’t know this was gonna be uploaded so soon, happy days😍 seems to be mix feelings in the comments but I think yous will really enjoy this short story, it won’t be up there with the list you mentioned at the end of Vinland (BB, BCS, AOT, avatar, full metal) but not everything can be, doesn’t mean it isn’t a great show worth watching :)

Its not an anime but is there any chance they react to Over The Garden Wall? its only 10 episodes

They both went for last episode of vinland saga: ¨life change story about peace thorfinn make me a better person¨ to first episode of cyberpunk edgerunners: ¨kill them all, i dont care kill them all¨

(Spoiler free) Just for your information: Yes there is a Cyberpunk game (with Keanu Reaves!) but no it is not the same story as the anime. The show takes place a year before the events of the game in the same city (Night City) and the story was written by the same people over at CDPR. As a fan of the game, watching the anime and recognizing city landmarks, some characters, and weapons/cyberware from my time playing it was pretty damn cool lol. It is a ridiculously faithful adaptation of the world that video game brought to life and studio TRIGGER deserve all the praise they got for this show.

This might have been said already, but the paying more for new programs for school is very much like paying for books at American universities. You pay tens of thousands each semester just to be there. Then, for each class, companies that make the books (in bed with the universities) charge you literally hundreds per book, per class. We really aren't that far off, sadly.

Cyberpunk on Saturdays, lets go! Hope yall enjoy

This show underwhelmed me so much after hearing all the hype - maybe you’ll get more out of it than me.

Welcome to Night City! The show takes place in 2076, in a dystopian city somewhere in once California (fun fact no-spoiler, the city was rebuilt after a a nuke wiped the shit out of it in 2023 c: ) As you already said, the world is based in the controversial video game Cyberpunk 2077, the anime has dozens of Easter eggs but the story is original The show was so well received that helped a lot to put back on track the game after an initial shit show in its release, and now is kind of thriving And there is a lot of slang and terms exclusive of this world, but maybe around episode 3 would be better to address just the basics for little more context Hope you enjoy this :)

nice to see 86 is at least on your radar to possibly watch in the future. would be an incredible series the girls would love and even has a female lead as i know theyve said in the past they havent watched many with female leads. violet evergarden is also one of those. Looking forward to the next poll after this for sure

I'll still recommend Ranking of Kings for you, its short and I just know you'll fall in love with Boji

This show is good .If the girls end up liking this show then they would most definitely love “your lie in April” or “Violet Evergarden”.

After this show is done I’d say violet evergarden would be perfect for you two. If your looking for anime’s with FEMALE main characters I’d say watch 86, or Violet Evergarden

How do you have a pupper sitting next to you for the entire video and NOT introduce her?!?!

If you can’t make shallow gameplay better, you make it faster

I voted for this show over Spy x Family because it is shorter. I also feel like Spy x Family has a better chance returning to the poll over Edgerunners (intro kind of proved me right).

Would like to recommend Fate/Zero and Ancient Magus Bride for some medium sized shows. Also excited for when Violet Evergarden gets picked!

It's a minor spoiler, but I find amusing how Lola's statement "The parents always die at the beginning of the anime / don't exist" would have fit on all 5 suggestions in the last poll :D

Hey please watch "Kaguya sama - love is war" later pleaase, it is a 37 episode series (3 seasons of 12 episodes each) and it's very funny, wholesome and well writen

Ehh definitely not my 1st choice but at least it’s short and we can hopefully finally get ranking of kings.

So excited!!! Some lore bits/explanations for y'all: "eds" "eddies" etc. are slang for "eurodollars" which is an international currency in Cyberpunk. Sometimes also called "eurobucks" or "ebs". "BDs" are "brain dances", you guys were dead on that one, these are real recorded memories from someone although they can also be edited or tuned to enhance certain emotions or change their perception. "XBDs" are just like gorey BDs, the way you are introduced to them in the video game is as "experiencing death". You were also pretty on about Trauma Team, they are essentially like a militarized private ambulance service, so if you are rich you pay for their insurance and they will come guns blazing to get you out when you get injured. Also, Cyberpunk was originally a tabletop roleplaying game (like Dungeons & Dragons), was made into a video game in 2020, and this show is then "based" on the game. Some things you see like the thing that pops up when they call each other are straight out of the game, and there are some cameos through the show from some video game characters (with their excellent voice actors!!!) as well.

I think they'll like it, it won't become their favorite show of all time, but they'll enjoy it

Girls instead of SpyxFamily can you watch another fun little show called Neon Genesis Evangelion. Just 26 episodes

still haven't had the time to watch the pilot so the reaction will have to wait 😭 now i'm behind with every single show you're reacting to 🙃 well, minus the bear

ayyyooo that was quick as hell! I haven't even downloaded the full length files yet! Talk about a 'friday surprise' amazing!!!

This is gonna be good. Short and sweet.

Preem upload chooms

Spy family sucks ass it’s West Germany propaganda. Imagine if they made a show Yugoslavia vs NATO and nato was the good guy. That’s what Spy Family is in context of their West Germany vs East Germany allegory. Evil Easterners vs cool Westeners. If you don’t dig too deep and only enjoy for the Anya face that’s okay but if you even remotely look for any substance in your shows all you will find in Spy Family is xenophobic Cold War fanfiction.

The ones in polls are very short so I’m happy you’ll likely see all of the ones without too much time between them! Hope for a happier show next!

Oh fuck yeahhh

Why do we keep doing this to the girls. See I told ya you needed some light in the form of Haikyuu

Yessss , now I gotta finish the series because y’all started it 😅

LETS GOOOO

Lets gooo this series is perfect for yall
