This feels like a petty thing to mention but it kind of annoys me when you talk about "them" when discussing the story. This story is not written by a group, it is written by one man. His name is Makoto Yukimura.

i'm surprised ppl didn't inform u guys about a short short OVA mappa released on their YT channel after ep 6 .. the opening scene of this episode is a continuation of that OVA ..
Ketil is a first name, not a last name. You may remember flatnose from vikings, he had the same name.
God storytelling is so good this season. In last episode we saw thorfinn looking at budding wheat and wondering that bread can grow from something that is so feeble. Thorfinn is perhaps at the same place in his life now. This process of change, transformation has begun but is is still at a feeble and fragile stage. A lot can happen that can pull you back to old ways and fall back into same patterns. And the more thorfinn is trying to move up the heavier his guilt also gets.
The old lady that Thorfinn saw is the English lady the help him in episode 6 of the first season.

Thanks for the update in the beginning for aot! Just for clarification for y’all, part 3 is being split in 2 parts. Part 1 is a 1 hour special being released tomorrow. Part 2 is being released later this year and it will probably be another long episode to conclude the show
I hope they manage to dodge the spoilers. I can see it on Reddit, how all 7 Reddit subs I know are running hot right now, discussing leaks, and the fans are discussing every little detail. YouTube is also bubbling up with videos about Attack on Titan. It's also only 6 to 8 hours until everyone can see it. The fact that they won't be able to see this episode for 10 days is going to be really tough. But if they take the chance to watch a few episodes again, we'll probably benefit from it in the discussions after this one hour long special.
well, i just pressed play on the first episode of daisy jones and as much as i love vinland i would like to go to bed without crying today 😂 but really exited about this episode. i loved this part of the manga and i loved how they adapted it.
